Tomorrow sees the launch of the next Fashion Central competition. Fashion Central have been running MySpace competitions celebrating indie design talent for ages now, and we've always followed them enthusiastically, but we've never actually entered before. So, new year = new challenges and all that, we've bitten the bullet and decided to have a go. The theme for this month's comp is 'Trashionista', and we have a load of items that fit the cool, trashy vibe.

As a thank you to anyone who takes the time to vote for us, we have put together a lush goody bag of items from our current jewellery collection, worth over £25, that one lucky voter will become the proud owner of! 2007 was an extremely busy year at Minimum Mouse HQ. The business was born in early January (so we're just coming up to our first birthday!), and quite frankly we haven't stopped since! Here are some of the high points for us...

A New Home for Minimum Mouse

We moved into our offices in January, which meant lots of trips to Ikea to stock up on storage solutions and executive knick knacks, but it felt good to go from spare bedroom hobby to genuine full time business! And this is where the hard work began...

Summer Vintage Photoshoot

To launch our new range of gorgeous vintage dresses, we rounded up some lovely ladies to have some fun in the sun. I styled the shoot, and Minimum Mouse's James was the photographer. The results were pretty impressive, and impressively pretty!

Super Sexy Sue Shoot

Fantastic Pin-Up Model Super Sexy Sue did a shoot for us in the autumn, where she modelled some of our handmade jewellery, with added sassiness!

Custard Factory Sunday Flea

In the run up to Christmas we took a selection of our finest vintage wares to the Custard Factory in Digbeth, Birmingham, for their weekly Sunday Flea. We met some lovely people and had a lot of fun (even if it was a tad chilly!)
