From 1st July 2021 the EU has introduced a new VAT system for imports from outside the EU. If you are a customer ordering from an EU member state, we recommend you order from our eBay or Amazon shops, where any VAT due will be paid when you make your purchase and you should not be charged any import duty or taxes on top of this.
You may still place orders directly through our website but you will be charged import duty and taxes by your tax authority. As this varies depending on your country’s rules, we cannot tell you how much you will be charged.
