Nosferatu Iron On Patch
It measures 65mm across by 83mm tall.
The patch can be ironed on to most fabrics and we recommend the following steps-
1. Set your iron at the hottest temperature with no steam.
2. Place the patch in the desired position and cover with a cloth such as a tea towel.
3. Hold the iron over the area for 30-45 seconds without moving the iron back and forth.
4. Check that the patch has attached to the area, if there are any loose areas then repeat for another 10-15 seconds, continuing doing this until all the areas of the patch have attached to the fabric.
5. Turn the garment inside out and repeat the steps above.
6. Allow the garment to fully cool down.
Please note that once the patch has been applied to an item of clothing you will need to wash it on a cool cycle in future. If you wash the garment at a high temperature it can cause the glue to melt and the patch can come loose. You don't need to sew the patch on once you have ironed it, but we recommend adding a couple of stitches for a super secure finish.
For a delicate fabric you may prefer to sew the patch on rather than using an iron, as hot temperatures can damage some fabrics.

We aim to process all orders within 48 hours (not including weekends and bank holidays). If there is likely to be any delay in sending your order we will get in touch to let you know. You will recieve an order confirmation email once the order is placed, and another to let you know once it has been posted, which will contain tracking information where available. Orders placed before 3pm (GMT) will be posted that day in most cases. We do not post on Saturdays.
UK - standard delivery within in the UK is free and orders will usually arrive within three working days of dispatch.
UK Express Delivery – next working day delivery, tracked with signature on delivery is £8 (so your order will be posted next working day and will arrive the day after that. For example if you placed an order on Monday afternoon, we would post your order on Tuesday and it will be delivered by 1pm on Wednesday.
EU - within the EU orders will usually arrive within 7 working days, the charges are as follows: for orders up to £10, the postage charge is £1.50, for orders up to £15, the postage charge is £3, for orders up to £20 the postage charge is £6 and for orders over £20 the delivery charge is £12 (deliveries over this value will be sent tracked and signed for).
Worldwide - for any country outside the EU orders will usually arrive within 14 working days and the charges are as follows- for orders up to £10, the postage charge is £2, for orders up to £15, the postage charge is £5, for orders up to £20 the postage charge is £8 and for orders over £20 the delivery charge is £15 (deliveries over this value will be sent tracked and signed for).
These charges are per order, not per item.
International customers, please note that any customs charges are your responsibility and must be paid before your parcel will be delivered. We have no control over this.
We have a no quibble returns policy to make your online shopping that much easier. You can return any item you have purchased from us, for whatever reason, within 28 days of your order dispatch date.

You may return your order by any postal method, though we strongly recommend sending by a tracked method and obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit on their way to us.
Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags, labels, boxes or gift bags attached/included.
When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing transferrable makeup, perfume or deodorant, which may leave a scent or marks on the item.
We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled.
Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fully fit for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending the item back so that we can confirm that the required item is available, if the item is low in stock we will then reserve the item for you. If the item is not currently available we will give you an estimated date it is due back in stock and if you wish to wait we can send it out as soon as it is available, if you prefer not to wait then we can issue you a refund instead or you can select an alternative item to the same value. If any item required for an exchange is no longer available and will not be coming back into stock we will issue a refund in its place.
When returning an item for exchange you must clearly mark on the returns form that you wish to exchange and what item you wish to exchange for.
Items returned for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags, labels, boxes or gift bags attached/included.
We will be unable to accept the return for exchange of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled.

As international post does take longer, we do allow additional time for international refunds/exchanges. Overseas customers are advised to email us before they return any items, informing us of the reasons for return so that this can be logged.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. If you wish to return your item we advise you do so via tracked delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit on their way to us.
Please allow time for your parcel to be returned to our warehouse, depending on the postage method used this can take some time. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we aim to process all refunds within 5 working days of receipt. Returns are processed during working days only.
If this time has passed and you have not been issued with a refund, please email us at email@example.com and we can check on it for you.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If the item you receive is faulty, or different to what you ordered, please email firstname.lastname@example.org – we will reply to you within 2 working days with a solution.
Please provide your name, order number, details of the product and a description of the fault, or the incorrect item you received, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
LOST OR MISSING ORDERS
If your order has not arrived once the standard delivery timescale has passed, we first of all recommend that you check the tracking information we sent (if applicable) and if that doesn't provide answers please contact us on email@example.com and we will help.
