I need to return an item, what do I do?
My order has not arrived. If your order has not arrived once the standard delivery timescale has passed, we first of all recommend that you check the tracking information we sent (if applicable) and if that doesn't provide answers please contact us on info@minimummouse.com and we will help. You must contact us within 30 days of the order being placed (or 60 days if outside the UK) to allow us to investigate and help. You must contact us by email at info@minimummouse.com.
I have received a faulty or incorrect item. If the item you receive is faulty, or different to what you ordered, please email info@minimummouse.com – we will reply to you within 2 working days with a solution. Please provide your name, order number, details of the product and a description of the fault, or the incorrect item you received, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
What size do I need? You will find detailed information about sizing here, but if you still have questions you can email us at info@minimummouse.com and we will do our best to help
What does 'vintage' mean? Our vintage clothes are second hand items that are generally at least 15 years old, we will give information on the approximate age of the item and details on the condition. Please be aware that condition can be quite a subjective thing, what is considered good condition by one person may not be seen as good condition by another. We try to be as clear and detailed as possible in our descriptions but if for any reason you are not happy you can return your item within 28 days of your order dispatch date.
